1. To strengthen students' learning effectiveness and strategies
2. To fully utilize the resources available to improve students' academic performance in internal and public examinations
3. To enhance the use of information technology in learning and teaching
4. To plan and implement the New Geography Curriculum
5. To implement staff appraisal system in the panel in a comprehensive way
6. To conduct school self-evaluation for the panel so as to ensure that the panel is striving for progress
