S1 Admission Parent Talk
In the coming S1 Admission Parent Talk, our school aims to help parents gain a deeper understanding
of the Secondary Places Allocation System, the challenges students face in adapting to secondary
school life and the ways to use English in learning.

Venue: Pentecostal Lam Hon Kwong School (Hall)
Time: 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Target group: P.5-P.6 students and parents

1. Information on Secondary Places Allocation System
2. Preparation needed to study in an English-medium school
3. PLHKS Public Speaking Competition Award Presentation Ceremony
During the meeting, we will also give an introduction of the school highlighting the special features
and activities. Parents are welcome to sign up for the event by completing an online registration.

PLHKS English Public Speaking Day Registration
We are excited to inform you that our school’s Toastmasters International Youth Leadership Program English Public Speaking Day will be held from 2 PM to 5 PM on April 18, 2026. All P4 to P6 students are eligible to officially sign up for the event during the registration period, which runs from February 11, 2026, to March 18, 2026.
Additionally, a concurrent English Speaking Parent Workshop is scheduled for 2 PM to 3 PM on April 18, 2026. To secure a seat during the registration period, please complete the following Google form. If there are too many participants, preference will be given to P6 students. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Successful participants will receive a confirmation email with activity details two weeks before the event.

Please note that the student’s name you provide will be printed on the certificate of participation. All primary school student participants will only receive a certificate after attending the entire three-hour session.
